Grapefruit essential oil is a real pick-me-up great for reducing stress and enhancing your mood so if I have had one too many Margaritas the night before or if flying long haul this really gives you a lift. Peppermint is great for cooling the skin so after sun it works a treat and mozzies hate it! Bonus! Finally rosemary also great for mood boosting and after sun soothing. Rosemary is also great for hair so after a long day in the sun run some through to the ends of your hair! Joy!
