The acquisition of goods through this site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of these terms and conditions.

These conditions shall prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by That Soap Handmade Soap and Candles

That Soap reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order by the purchaser.

 

Payments

I accept PayPal, credit cards and debit cards. Full payments must be received and cleared before any item is shipped.

Please take into account the added time it takes for payments to be cleared if ordering for a special occasion. 

All prices are inclusive of Tax but are EXCLUSIVE of shipping costs.

That Soap reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be billed based on rates in effect at the time of order entry.

 

Shipping

I ship worldwide.

Please make sure that all shipping information is correct before finalising payment. In the case of an incorrect address due to your error, the cost of reshipping will be your responsibility.

In the case of a delay by the postal service, an investigation will be required at La Poste.

In case of refusal of a package, the postage will be at your expense and the goods will be refunded upon receipt of the item.

If the package is not claimed and is returned after 15 days, the return postage will be at your expense.

If you would like the item to be shipped to someone else (for a special occasion) please use their shipping information when checking out and inform me of this change via email julie.mark@orange.fr

If you would like a simple card to be addressed to the recipient please also let me know via email, julie.mark@orange.fr

I ship with Prio Inter Avec Suivi (Uninsured- for items costing less than 60 EUROS) and Recommandé International (Insured- for items costing more than 60 Euros). If you want a different courier or would like to upgrade your shipping to insured post please contact me.

I ship within 3-5 working days. Please leave enough time for shipping if buying for a special occasion. Shipping takes  7-14 days to the EU and 10-20 days for the rest of the world.

 

Customs Fees

I am NOT responsible for any customs fees. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for any delays due to customs.

All imported goods are subject to your country's customs regulations. Customs fees are taxes levied by your government on imported goods. The amount you are charged is decided by your government.

Please keep this in consideration when buying.

I will NOT mark your item as a "gift" on the customs form so that you can avoid customs charges. This is fraud and carries a heavy fine and jail time for me as the supplier.

 

Returns and Exchanges

I do NOT offer exchanges.

I gladly accept refunds. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery. If the item is returned to me undamaged, via REGISTERED mail with a tracking number, within 30 days, a refund will be given.

No refund will be given for shipping costs. 

If an item is returned to me by the postal service, by no mistake of my own, and is in an undamaged condition, the amount paid will be refunded and the item will be restocked.

Any damaged product or whose original packaging has been damaged will not be refunded. In case of delivery of an item that does not conform to your order or was damaged during shipping, kindly contact us.

There will be NO refund on the return of items damaged by improper use.

I do not accept refunds on custom or personalised items.
